My career has had two chapters.
The first was as an entrepreneur. For more than thirteen years I built and ran my own business, responsible for everything from operations and compliance to hiring, finance, and growth. Like most owners, I spent my days solving problems and figuring out how to do more with the people and resources I had.
Then I found AI, and what caught me was not the technology. It was what the technology made possible. I am neurodivergent, and AI was the first tool that worked with the way my brain runs instead of against it. It helped me think clearly and get complex ideas out of my head and into the world. That was when I knew this was not another software trend. It was the start of a real shift in how organizations would work.
That is why I founded FirmSideAI, where I help nonprofits, small businesses, and government-facing organizations find the operational bottlenecks that keep good people stuck on busywork, then build practical AI that expands what their team can do.

I'm a business development strategist, and I work with public and private organizations on education and energy initiatives across the United States and Jamaica. I partner with school systems and community organizations to help them reach their education goals, and I direct and support workforce development programs in both sectors.
Lately my focus has been the future of work, and specifically how artificial intelligence will reshape workforce development. At FirmSideAI, I bring the strategy and facilitation that turns what we build into programs that land on the ground.
